Admission Requirements:

Students who wish to register under this program must have the prerequisite education and skills needed to benefit from the training. International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is required for students whose first language is not English. Canadian Language Benchmark (C.L.B) must be at least Level 5.

STANDARD ADMISSION

Students must meet the following criteria:
  • At least High School Diploma in Alberta or its equivalent
  • Pass the career interview

MATURE ADMISSION

Students must meet the following criteria:
  • At least 18 years or older
  • Must pass the required Wonderlic Basic Skills Test. Passing score shall be equivalent to grade 12 level.
  • Pass the career interview
Other requirements may apply such as Police Clearance, Medical certificate, Immunization for Hepatitis B), and Certificates in CPR & First Aid.
